Marcia Hines ‘collapses in dressing room’ and is rushed to hospital with Australian Idol


Marcia Hines has been rushed to hospital following a ‘medical emergency’ Daily Mail Australia has learned. 

The Australia Idol judge, 70, collapsed in her dressing room on the set of the reality series on Sunday and injured her head in the fall. 

A source tells Daily Mail Australia Hines was ‘set to perform’ on the show before collapsing and was taken to hospital via ambulance. 

Daily Mail Australia understands that Hines is ‘in a stable condition now’ and her collapse was likely due to her diabetes

She will not be appearing on Australian Idol tonight and Guy Sebastian in filling in as judge.
