The Flash star Grant Gustin and his wife Andrea reveal they are expecting a second child:


Grant Gustin shared on Monday that his wife Andrea ‘LA’ Thoma, 35, is pregnant. 

The Flash star, 34, shared the good news on social media in a joint announcement on Monday.

‘Shaping up to be an exciting year ✨’ the couple wrote next to a black and white picture of them and their daughter Juniper, two.

In the snap, LA, a physical therapist, is wearing black leggings and has lifted her gray T-shirt to show her growing baby bump, while being hugged by her husband of five years and their daughter. 

The Puppy Love star looked comfortable and happy in a sweatshirt and jeans, while young Juniper is dressed in black pants and a black T-shirt.

After nearly a decade as a superhero, Grant recently made the transition to stage star in the musical Water for Elephants.

Previews began February 24 and opening night is scheduled for March 21.

The versatile actor is making his Broadway debut in the production, based on the novel by the same name, at the Imperial Theater.

He plays leading man Jacob Jankowski, a young man who jumps a moving train unsure of where the road will take him.  On his journey, he finds a home with the crew of a traveling circus, which leads to a a life and love, beyond his wildest dreams.

‘This was what I grew up doing and what I went to high school for and college for as well,’ he told Today. ‘This is where I thought I’d be a long time ago.’

The singer and dancer admitted, ‘I was really nervous to come back to this world, but it’s actually felt it’s a lot more like coming home, than I thought it would feel.’

‘The company is incredible,’ he continued.  ‘It’s a really good group of people and it’s been amazing to be back on stage.’
