Love Is Blind’s Jeramey Lutinski SLAMS reports he was ENGAGED when he signed up to the

Love Is Blind‘s Jeramey Lutinski has fiercely denied claims that he was engaged and living with a fiancée while in talks to appear on the Netflix dating show – insisting that he was single and living on his own.

Earlier this week, the mother of his ex Brittani Mcliverty, alleged on Facebook that he was still in a relationship with her daughter while ‘applying’ for the current season.

Accompanying her claim was a photograph of Jeramey, 32, and Brittani looking loved up as they smiled in front of a Christmas tree, along with Brittani’s son.

However, in a video uploaded to his Instagram page on Friday, Jeramey insisted that he had been single ‘for a number of weeks’ when he was approached by casting producers on social media.

He also maintained that he had spoken at length about his former partner on the show, claiming that these scenes were conveniently cut from the final edit.

Jeramey said: ‘So I want to quickly address the story that’s going around about my previous engagement prior to Love Is Blind.

‘One, anybody I was on dates with, my cast mates and in multiple interviews, this topic was discussed. Nobody is surprised by this. It is something that is well documented.

‘Unfortunately, with all the footage that is captured, not all of it makes it into the final cut, this just happened to not make it in there.’

Jeramy continued: ‘Two, I did not apply to this while I was living with anybody else. I was out living on my own, and I didn’t seek this out. I was actually reached out to over Instagram.

‘I had already been out on my own for a number of weeks at that point, and I was asked if I’d like to have a discussion around it and I said sure why not.

‘And obviously it ended up leading up to the show at some point.’

Jeramey continued to double down in the accompanying caption.

‘This whole process had not even begun until I was out and on my own,’ he said.

‘Additionally, yes my home sold a week or two before filming. Listed in October or November, sold in March. Wasn’t living in it while it was listed.

‘Idk if anyone else was trying to sell a place at that specific time, but it was not a short process.’

He finished: ‘Not going to give this one any more attention.’

On top of the video, Jeramey uploaded a screenshot of a conversation with a Love Is Blind casting associate producer which took place via Instagram.

Jeramey’s public rebuttal came just hours after he was forced to take a stand against the ‘over the top’ trolling of this season’s contestants.

‘The amount of hate myself and other cast mates have received is over the top,’ he wrote in a statement uploaded on his Instagram profile.

‘We all had the courage to put ourselves in the public eye to watch an experiment unfold.

‘For you it’s entertainment, for us it was a part of life at an accelerated pace.

‘Unfortunately for the world, filming 8-10 hours a day isn’t enough. Next time, we’ll recommend having cameras attached 24/7. We’ll make sure everyone is perfect at every moment and nothing but blunted boring moments happen.’

He continued: ‘While everyone is entitled to their opinions, it’s f*cking wild to make assumptions about everyone without 1) knowing us 2) being involved in any way 3) not being apart of the other THOUSANDS of hours of footage that’s captured.’

Jeramey finished: ‘Everyone will get their chance to speak when the time is right. Until then, we all get it.’

Jeramey was one of 15 bachelors looking for love on the sixth season of the hit dating show which sees singletons ‘date’ in secluded pods without seeing each other face-to-face.

During his time on the show, Jeramey, who works in Intralogistics, forged a connection with both Laura and Sarah Ann in the pods, but he ultimately decided to pursue a romance with the former.

But, following their engagement and subsequent honeymoon, cracks began to appear between them.

The final nail in the coffin, however, was when Jeramey ended up hanging out with his ex Sarah Ann until 5am – despite the bars closing at 2am.
