Britney Spears has reportedly revealed heartbreaking new details of the abortion she allegedly underwent at the urging of her then-boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

The 41-year-old singer wrote that that the procedure was ‘excruciating’ in new excerpts obtained by TMZ on Friday.

Britney and Justin allegedly opted not to have a doctor or any kind of medical professional supervising the termination, which was done via medication.

Instead, she aborted the pregnancy at home in secret, and the two allegedly vowed never to tell anyone about the procedure, which was so painful that the songstress said it left her ‘crying and sobbing’ on the bathroom floor of her home.

The difficult new details emerged after the previous revelation that Justin allegedly began playing a guitar while his then-girlfriend cried on the floor because he hoped it might help comfort her.

The latest revelations paint Justin’s awkwardly timed guitar serenade in a new light, as it reportedly happened while she was still experiencing the painful side effects of the medication abortion.

It was previously reported that Britney claimed in her memoir The Woman In Me — to be released on October 24 — that Justin had urged her to get an abortion after she allegedly became pregnant when she was just 19.

She said she ‘dreamed of having a family,’ but Timberlake, who was also 19, ‘wasn’t ready’ to be a father yet.
