Una Healy set for HUGE payday after liquidating her second business in seven years

The Saturdays star Una Healy is set for a substantial payday following the recent liquidation of her performing arts company.

The Irish singer, newly single following an unconventional three-way romance with former boxer David Haye and his long-term girlfriend Sian Osborne, will scoop a £637,562 windfall after closing Pink and Purple Media, The Sun reports.

Healy, 41, originally launched the business with music manager Alan McEvoy in 2013 – a year before the separation of her girlband The Saturdays – but it has since been put into voluntary liquidation.

A declaration of solvency – understood to have been conducted remotely via Zoom in April – reveal payments to her account after bills total £567,267, with an additional £70,295 repayment coming from directors loans.

Reported assets include £672,706 and an expected VAT refund of £6,180, while outgoing figures include £29,468 in corporation tax and accountants’ fees totalling £6,600.

Of the eight sets of accounts filed by Pink and Purple Media, its most recent – filed in October 2021 – reports a net worth of £443,338.

It is the second business to be closed by Healy, who earned a reported  £1.3million by liquidating former company Day And Night Ventures in 2016.

The mother-of-two is understood to be single after disentangling from a short-lived throuple with David Haye and his model girlfriend earlier this year.

Haye, 42, has since recruited attractive health and lifestyle influencer Michaela Jovanovic into the threesome.

As exclusively revealed by MailOnline, Jovanovic is a former twerk dance teacher who hails from a family of Serbian migrants living in Austria.

Meanwhile Healy is said to be focused on parenting her children Aoife, ten, and Tadhg, eight, who she shares with rugby player ex-husband Ben Foden.

She told The Irish Mirror: ‘I am single and raising my two children, just like many other single parents – both men and women – doing a great job.

‘I am a single parent, I don’t like the term single mother as it has negative connotations.

‘You can’t do it all by yourself, there is no shame in asking for help, be that from childcare, family or friends.’

Haye has reportedly shut down two of his own companies after they racked up debts of more than £500,000.

The former professional boxer has seen his management consultancy firm, HMGMT Limited, put into liquidation owing £368,874, according to The Sun.

Originally called Hayemaker Management Limited, it was set up in September 2016 but now only has £27,613 in assets.

The Sun reports it owes £91,542 to HRMC, £76,827 to suppliers and £45,000 to Coutts Bank.

It also has debts owing £155,000 to The Arch Company, which guaranteed the company’s lease.

The publication adds that a second company, named HTCamp Limited, which was linked to a private gym where David coached aspiring boxers, is also being closed, with debts of £155,505.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for David Haye and Una Healy for comment.
